This is the whole of what your business and Fortify 24x7 agree to when a lever gets pulled on this site. Brevity here is deliberate. Anything genuinely uncomfortable is stated outright rather than buried, since a term you discover during an argument was never worth having.
Register entry: 29 August 2026The contract stands between your business and Fortify 24x7. ServiceShield IT is one of the trading names Fortify 24x7 uses, so the storefront, the invoice, the desk and the agreement all belong to a single company wearing a single name.
Buying anything here means these terms are accepted. Where a purchase gets made for a business, whoever makes it confirms they may commit that business.
A lever is a monthly subscription against one named capability, delivered on the platform its block section names, counted by the unit printed beside it. A quantity of nine covers nine of those units, and covers nothing past them.
Whatever a block section says a lever includes is what it includes. That page is the reference, in preference to a sales conversation somebody half remembers.
Everything pulled merges into a single card subscription, drawn monthly and before the period runs. The opening charge falls at checkout and each one afterwards lands on that same date each month.
Cards are handled by Stripe. Card details are never seen here, never stored here, and never travel through this website. Your statement will show the descriptor FORTIFY 24X7.
Rates are quoted per unit per month, before whatever sales tax applies where your business sits. Changing a count changes the invoice that follows.
Cards expire, and a bank declines things for reasons on neither side of this. A failed payment gets retried and you get written to. Nothing switches off over one failure.
Where a subscription remains unpaid after more than one letter, cover can be suspended and eventually withdrawn. You will always hear from us before that, in writing, with a date attached.
To provision what got bought. To work the plant competently. To keep engineers available who act on whatever that plant raises. And to answer you as a person would, rather than as a position in a queue.
To say plainly where something falls outside what you bought, in preference to stretching a lever across a gap it was never drawn for.
To let devices be enrolled and tenants be plumbed in wherever levers apply, and to grant whatever access that requires. Nothing works on hardware nobody can reach.
To keep counts broadly honest, to mention it when the shape of the business shifts, and to confirm that enrolling a system is something you are entitled to do.
Not to resell, sublicense or repackage any of this as a service of your own, absent a separate written arrangement.
Nothing printed here guarantees you will avoid attack, that an attack will fail, or that data will never go missing. Risk is lowered by every lever. Removed by none of them, and a firm claiming otherwise describes something that does not exist.
The plant underneath belongs to third parties and comes as it is. Choosing it carefully and working it properly is our part. Warranting software written by another company is beyond us.
Where we are liable to you, everything owed across any twelve months is capped at whatever you paid us during those twelve months. Lost profit, lost business, and losses nobody could reasonably foresee are not recoverable by either side.
Nothing written here limits liability where the law forbids limiting it.
Data you hold belongs to you. Holding it and processing it happens to deliver what you bought. Ownership of it is not claimed and no right to use it elsewhere is taken.
Our own methods, configurations and tooling remain ours. What you buy is the service, not the workings underneath.
Withdrawing a lever is entirely your call and there are two routes to it. The billing portal handles it on the spot, and an email sent from the address that holds the account does exactly the same job.
Cover runs out once the month already settled comes to a close. No notice period. No fee for leaving. No minimum term waiting to be served.
Nothing here is frozen. Anything material reaches account holders directly, dated, before it takes effect, and carrying on past that date is what constitutes acceptance.
Rates can change too, never backwards. You hear about it before it lands on an invoice, and stopping at that point is open to you.
Should a clause here prove unenforceable, the rest carries on without it. A right not enforced immediately is not a right abandoned.
